Travel & Leisure's April issue features a piece about shopping for vintage fashions, handbags and shoes in Paris. Not for the budget conscious, of course, after all this is T&L, but if you have a spare grand there's a secondhand Chanel handbag with your name on it somewhere in the City of Light.

Portland Art Museum opens a rare West Coast exhibit of Dutch masterpieces: Rembrandt and the Golden Age of Dutch Art, Treasures from the Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam. Through Sept. 16.
